How much is delivery?
Krystal Haus offers free shipping on all orders above £30.00. We want to provide you with the best value, so no more worrying about over priced delivery fees.
How long does delivery take?
Average delivery time is 1-3 working days. If you order before 3pm on a weekday your order will be processed and shipped the same working day. If you order on the weekend your order will be shipped on Monday. This is excluding any bank holidays.
In some countries, it may take longer for your item to arrive due to customs clearances. So you should allow up to 28 days. For example, we have seen slow transit times in Greece, Norway and Israel due to strict customs.
Can I get it faster?
We know how exciting it must be to receive amazing jewellery. We do offer a next day delivery service that you can use at check out stage. If you order before 3pm, your order will be shipped the same day, anything after that will be the next working day.
We do also have a premium delivery service that you can use which delivers your order the next day, tracked and insured.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing the order. Please send us your cancellation or change request via our contact page as soon as possible to make sure it gets processed.
Once your order has been sent out, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please double check before placing your order.
Do I pay custom fees?
Most of our orders are not charged with customs fees. However, whilst we try to minimise customs fees for our customers, this is out of our control and varies from country to country.
If you have concerns, please drop us a message after you place your order with your order number (within 15 minutes). We will always try our best to minimise the customs fees.
I entered the wrong address in my shipping details, can I change it?
If you have incorrectly entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us straight away (within 15 minutes).
If your item has already been shipped we cannot change or re-route your item and you will not be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all details are correct before purchase. We take no responsibility for orders placed to the wrong address.
How can I track my order?
All premium orders are sent via fully tracked services. Please wait until your order has been processed for your tracking information to show.
You may use our tracking service to see where your order is. Please note: You will need the email address you used when placing your order and your order number to track your parcel below.

Where is my order?
If you used our premium delivery service, please use the tracking number provided to track your parcel. Rest assured that once it has been shipped, you will receive the parcel within the estimated delivery. International standard delivery may take up to 28 days due to customs. However, if your parcel has been in transit for 20 days, you should contact us so we can contact the courier for you.
Your order may be shipped separately on very rare occasions. We have multiple factories/warehouses as well as selected suppliers and ship solely from the U.K.
My order shows as ‘delivered’ but I have not received anything?
For UK orders: Please wait 1 working day as sometimes you will get a 'delivered' notification when in fact it means your parcel has just been delivered to your local depot ready for last mile delivery.
If after 1 day has passed, please visit the Royal Mail page and contact them. There may have been attempted deliveries or they may have left it with a neighbour.
For the rest of the world, please contact us immediately. Your parcel might be in a mailbox or with your local courier because of a delivery re-attempt or it may have been sent back because there was no one at home.
