Please note:

* Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return your order, Krystal Haus offers a 14 day returns period from the date your parcel is signed for in order to qualify for a refund. For more information, please refer to our returns policy.

When will I receive my refund?

Once a return has been received back at our HQ, it will be assessed and processed. Items can take up to 7 working days to be processed. Once the refund has been processed it will take 5-10 working days to show back into your account depending on your bank and the payment method you used.

Can I track my order?

All orders are sent via fully tracked services. Please note some parcels may require a signature on arrival.

You may use our tracking service to see where your order is. You will need the email address you used when placing your order and your order number to track your parcel below.
